Terms of Service
Public website edition · Updated October 25, 2026
Draft for owner confirmation and legal review before launch.
Draft status
These are draft public-site terms for owner and legal review. Paid or account-based services are not enabled. Their specific terms must be provided before they become available.
Purpose of the site
Sueify provides general dispute-preparation information and a personal worksheet. It is not a law firm, court, or legal representative. No attorney-client relationship is created by visiting or using the website.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate facts, lawful access to evidence, checking court requirements, and meeting deadlines. Do not use the site for harassment, impersonation, unlawful threats, or knowingly false demands.
No filing or delivery
The preparation worksheet does not file a case, send a letter, notify another party, or save documents. You must take any filing, mailing, or service steps yourself using the applicable rules.
Planned services and prices
Accounts, AI-generated letters, payments, and certified mailing are planned. Proposed prices are not an offer to purchase an available service. Final prices and purchase terms must be displayed before checkout.
External sources and outcomes
Official court websites control their own instructions and may change. Sueify does not guarantee the accuracy of every external resource, the success of a claim, payment, or collection of a judgment.
