This draft describes the current public website and preparation worksheet. It needs owner confirmation and legal review before being treated as a final policy. New account, payment, mailing, or AI services will require updated disclosures before launch.

The worksheet uses the information you type to display your notes and create a download in your browser. It does not intentionally submit those details to Sueify or save a case. Notes may be cleared when you leave or refresh the page. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.

Visiting a hosted website involves network requests that may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and technical error data. Sueify uses hosted infrastructure and error reporting. The owner must confirm applicable providers, purposes, retention, and privacy terms before launch.

The website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Official court links open independent websites whose privacy practices are outside Sueify’s control. Your worksheet contents are not included in those links.

Downloaded notes are stored wherever your browser saves them. Keep them secure, especially on a shared device. Sueify cannot remove copies you downloaded or shared.

Depending on your location, privacy rights may include access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a service. A verified privacy contact and retention schedule must be confirmed before account or collection features launch.
